The Tamron SP 90mm f/2.8 Di VC USD Macro 1:1 (Model F017) is the 2016 redesign of Tamron's long-running 90mm macro, replacing the 2012 F004. It is a full-frame 1:1 (1.0x) macro prime with a 14-element/11-group optical formula using two XLD and one LD element, a USD ultrasonic AF motor, and Vibration Compensation with XY-Shift correction. Over the F004 it adds a fluorine top-element coating plus improved moisture-proof, dust-resistant sealing while keeping the 0.3m minimum focus distance and 62mm filter thread.
