The iPhone 12 Pro Max headlined Apple's 2020 Pro line with the largest sensor Apple had yet shipped, a 12MP f/1.6 wide camera with sensor-shift stabilization that improved low-light sharpness and handheld stability. It pairs that with a 12MP ultrawide and a 65mm 2.5x telephoto, and was the first iPhone to support Apple ProRAW for full editing latitude. Video tops out at 4K60 with Dolby Vision HDR, though it predates Apple's Log and ProMotion era.
