The iPhone 14 Pro marked a major imaging leap for Apple, debuting a 48MP quad-pixel main sensor (1/1.28", f/1.78) with second-gen sensor-shift OIS alongside 12MP ultrawide and 3x telephoto cameras. It captures full-resolution 48MP Apple ProRAW and records ProRes video up to 4K, making it a capable mobile tool for photographers who want maximum editing latitude. Note that Apple Log encoding was not yet available on this generation, arriving only with the iPhone 15 Pro.
