📖 Overview
The Sigma 50mm f/1.4 EX DG HSM is a full-frame standard prime built around an 8-element, 6-group optical design with one aspherical element and a 9-blade rounded diaphragm for smooth out-of-focus rendering. Its oversized barrel and ring-type HSM autofocus deliver bright f/1.4 imaging with a non-rotating 77mm front, focusing as close as 45cm for 0.14x magnification. This is the original EX-line lens that preceded Sigma's acclaimed 2014 'Art' redesign.
